It is now February 26 and I turned 8 on January 10th.  Tonight I am going to an interview with the bishop to talk about my baptism.  On Saturday at 1:30 I am going to be baptized.  I am so excited.

The soccer season ended last Saturday. At the end of the game we all got medals.

At School

Today at school I read a different book from what I have ever read before. It was about a cat chasing a mouse. It was funny. Then the later gaters came in (those are the kids on the later school schedule) and we all got out our white boards and markers. We worked on "todays number" which was 10. As we were at recess, someone spotted a big spider. It was a huge tarantula and it was found right on our playground. I got to look at it up close when it was caught and placed into a bucket. The funnest thing we did for the day- we were able to have a competition making towers made out of toothpicks and marshmallows. My team won. We were able to eat the marshmallows when we were done. Then I got to come home and play with my baby brother!

Back to School

This is a picture from my first day of school. I am now in the second grade. I got lucky and got the teacher that I wanted, (Mrs. Peterson) she is so nice. When I got on the bus I was able to sit by my very best friend Jo Jo. She is in a different class, but I still get to see her at recess. She had a birthday party a couple days later. We were able to swim for her party. She has a big pool in her back yard.
